No.1 is allowed and the delay of 75 days in filing the instant MCC is condoned. 3. Also heard on application for restoration of First Appeal No.394/2019. 4. The applicant seeking restoration of First Appeal No.394/2019 which was dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Court dated 18.08.2025. 2 5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the instant MCC is allowed and First Appeal No.394/2019 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
