Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Alla Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos.4 to 6 are summoning the petitioner to the police station and demanding that he settle the civil dispute with unofficial Respondent Nos.7 to 9 pertaining to the Development Agreement vide Doc.No.3366/2021 dated 25.06.2021. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent No.9 lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner, by suppressing the existing land dispute, executed a Development Agreement and induced him to invest substantial amounts, thereby causing financial loss, and the same was forwarded for preliminary enquiry. He further submits that, despite repeated attempts, the petitioner did not respond to the calls of the police for enquiry, and that a third party also lodged a complaint on 06.03.2026 asserting competing rights over the 4 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.8158 of 2026 Dated 07.04.2026 same property. Upon conducting preliminary enquiry, it is revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police not to call the petitioner to the police station henceforth and not to interfere in the civil disputes at the behest of Respondent No.9 without following due process of law. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
