2 would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to take appropriate decision on the basis of final outcome of High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee.
2. The prayer made by Mrs. Meena Shastri appears to be reasonable.
3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee for verification of social status of respondent No. 4. If in inquiry, it is found that respondent No. 4 does not belong to Scheduled Caste category, appropriate action shall be taken by the respondent authorities strictly in accordance with law. Sd/-
