This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 challenging in respect of PRC Case No.2071/2022 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Page No.# 2/2 Magistrate 1st Class, Darang, Mangaldoi. 3. The petitioner has been shown the petitioner has been shown as an absconder in the charge sheet. He now apprehends that if he appears before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Darang, Mangaldoi, he will be remanded to judicial custody because this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain his bail application. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be given adequate opportunities to appear and face the trial before the trial court. 5. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The petitioner Sri Tafajul Hussain @ Tafzzul Islam is directed to appear before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darang, Mangaldoi in connection with PRC Case No.2071/2022 within next 15 (fifteen) days from today. On his appearance, he shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darang, Mangaldoi. 7.
