Bongshiary, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. B. Das, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the APDCL. 2. The claim of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner is entitled to family pension on account of the death of her husband in the year 1987 who was working as a Sahayak in the erstwhile Assam State Electricity Board. 3. This Court enquired with the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as to whether, the petitioner had at all approached the APDCL authorities, taking into account that no representation or document has been enclosed, save and except, a representation submitted by the petitioner to the Chief Minister of Assam. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner Page No.# 3/3 submitted that in that view of the matter the petitioner would be well advised to submit a representation before the APDCL authorities and not to pursue the present proceedings without such representation. 5. Taking into account the above, the instant writ therefore stands closed on withdrawal. 6. Liberty given to the petitioner to approach the APDCL authorities by submitting a representation, if so advised. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
