D., Degree with all back wages with interest.” 2. The petitioner seeks to quash an e-mail issued by the 2nd respondent dated 25.05.2023 and also seeks a direction directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate him in service. However, the 2nd respondent is a private college and is not amenable to the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. As the relief sought for is against the 2nd respondent, a private institution, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
