It is grievance of the petitioner that online entry in register-II, the name of the petitioner is not reflected as raiyat in respect of RS Plot No.4933 under Khata No.106, measuring area 2000 sq. ft. (4.59 decimals). 3. It is the case of petitioner that her name is reflected in the physical register, but entries are made in the electronic mode, the name of this petitioner has been left out in respect of the land mentioned above. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Circle Officer, Nagri to make the necessary entries in the online portal after verifying and matching the same with the physical record. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the Circle Officer, Nagri to match the physical record and if it is found that name of the petitioner is recorded in the physical record in respect of land mentioned above, he will ensure that name of the petitioner is reflected in the online portal also. If there are any other legal difficulties, which prevents the Officer from reflecting the name of the petitioner in the online record, the reasons thereof, should be communicated to the petitioner. 6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
