Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is an allegation against this petitioner that he used to commit fraud by using his mobile phones. The mobile phones, SIM cards and one ATM card were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The SIM Cards are found to be obtained in the name of different persons on the basis of forged documents of identity, which were used for committing the crimes. He and others are involved in cyber-crime. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime PS Case No. 68 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara stands rejected. 2026:JHHC:5253 2 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail, after framing of the charge.
