Having gone through the records, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in BA No. 396/2026 shall be deemed to apply only in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 3/2026 under Section 316(3) of the BNSS, 2023, and the petitioner shall be released in connection with the aforesaid P.S. Case No., in accordance with law.
