It is grievance of the petitioner that online rent receipt of the petitioner has not been issued in respect of the land in Khata No. 176/75, Khesra Nos. 697/625, 697/637, 697/623 total area 6.11 decimal in village Aara, P.S.- Balumath, which is recorded in the name of ancestor of the petitioner namely, Kapurva Devi, W/o Late Rohan Saw, who happens to be petitioner’s mother and expired on 15.12.2023. 3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Latehar, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and will pass the reasoned order and if it is found that the petitioner’s name is recorded in the revenue register, the same should be reflected in the land portal immediately. If there are other legal impediments, the same should be communicated to the petitioner immediately. 4. The entire process should be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
