The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.23899/2023 (LB-RES) whereby, the learned Single Judge of this Court had directed the accused to consider the complainant's representation dated 28.04.2023. 2. The accused has filed a counter affidavit which indicates that the accused had already passed an order paying an amount of `7,77,024/- (by deducting a sum of `500/- per day as fine and 2% towards old materials). The amount would have been released subject to the complainant providing documents for the period commencing from 01.03.2021 to March, 2023. It is also stated that the complainant had not provided any documents and therefore, its request could not be considered. 3. In view of the counter affidavit, it is clear that the request has been considered. The complaint is accordingly closed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22909-DB CCC No. 1245 of 2025 4.
