Petitioner has filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order (s)/ direction (s) in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to determine and pay the arrears and bonus due to the petitioner along with interest and consequential benefits. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order (s)/direction (s), directing the Respondent authority to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 02.06.2023 within a time bound period as specified by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief (s) which is determined fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as Peon (Contingency Paid). Looking to the length of service, petitioner was regularized on the said post, however, all monetary benefits is not being paid to petitioner, against which petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent authorities on 02.06.2023, however, till date no decision has been taken on his representation, therefore, a direction be issued to respondents No.3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by leaned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties and looking to the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondents No.2 and 3 and if such 3 representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
