At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of this Writ Petition, petitioner is challenging the inaction of Respondent No.2 before whom second appeal (Case No.356/A-6/2024-25) filed by the petitioner on 22.07.2025 (Annexure P/11) is still pending as Respondent No.2 has not decided the said second appeal. 2. It has been informed by counsel for the petitioner that the appeal is listed for hearing in the month of February, 2026. 3. Since the appeal has been listed for hearing by Respondent No.2 in the month of February, at this juncture, no direction is required to be issued.
