GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.6174 of 2026 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the orders issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.Rt.No.52, Labour, Factories, Boilers & Insurance Medical Services (IMS&VIG) Department, dated 01.03.2026, wherein the 1st respondent has transferred the petitioner and posted on deputation as Welfare Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Board (APLWB) and the 3rd respondent has transferred and posted in the place of the petitioner as Joint Commissioner of Labour, Eluru. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has passed the impugned orders only on the ground of pending charges issued in G.O.Rt.No.374, Labour, Factories, Boilers & Insurance Medical Services (Lab.I) Department, dated 29.12.2025, against the petitioner. As the petitioner has already submitted an explanation to the said charges during the ban on transfers, the respondents 4 ought not to have transferred the petitioner on deputation to the post of Welfare Commissioner, which is contrary to the general guidelines issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (HR.I-PLG. & Policy) Department, dated 15.05.2025. 4. Considering the said submissions and on perusal of the impugned orders, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer matters. At most, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent once again by making a representation. On receipt of such representation, the 1st respondent may consider the same for reviewing the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.52, dated 01.03.2026. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
