Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned APP appearing for the State of Assam. 2. Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned APP submits that the charge-sheet has already been laid in the case vide Charge-Sheet No. 162/2026 dated 24.09.2026. In view thereof the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner may be permitted to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court. 3. The prayer is allowed. 4. It is further seen that vide order dated 14.09.2026, the petitioner was released on interim pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, this Court extends the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner for a further period of 15 days, so as to enable the petitioner to obtain appropriate relief in the meantime. 5.
