The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) to direct the Concerned Respondents to allow the Petitioner to construct the boundary wall around the concerned land regarding which online mutation receipt dated 03-09-2024 has already been issued in his name, forthwith; (ii) to direct the concerned Respondents to Patna High Court CWJC No.6422 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner on 12-02-2026 forthwith; (iii) to direct the concerned Respondents to protect the peaceful possession of Petitioner on his own registered land in 2024 in the Interest of Justice forthwith; (iv) to grant any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts & circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and as such the case has become infructuous. 4.
