Petitioner has filed the present petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the warrant dated 21.1.2026, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Lahaul & Spiti at Kullu, District Kullu, H.P. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial Court’), whereby the learned trial Court issued warrant of attachment of salary and directed the Principal, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Panjai, Tehsil Balichowki, District Mandi, H.P. to deduct an amount of 2/3rd from the salary of petitioner and remit the same in the name of learned trial Court.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is allowed by modifying the warrant dated 21.1.2026, passed by the learned trial Court, in Execution Petition No. 361- 1/2025, titled as, ‘Dinesh versus Mohar Singh’, by virtue of which, direction was issued to the employer of JD Mohar Singh to deduct 2/3rd salary, and in view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, instead of 2/3rd salary of the JD, his 1/3rd salary is ordered to be attached and the amount be remitted to the learned trial Court.
