Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the representation as also the appeal against the decision on the representation by the State Level Committee has been rejected, however, according to his instructions, the posts of Assistant Teacher in other nearby schools are still vacant on which, petitioner can be accommodated and therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority. 3. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
