This revision is preferred against the impugned order dated 03.11.2023 in CrI.M.P. No 35 of 2023 in F.C.O. P. No 185 of 2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District Court, Anantapuramu, wherein the learned Judge granted interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a final order has been passed by the Trial Court in the main case i.e., F.C.O. P. No 185 of 2022. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
