Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the land of an extent of Ac.7.32 cents in RS.Nos.210 and 211/2 of Thimmapuram Village. To reach the petitioner’s land, the petitioner has to pass through RS.No.220 (Doramadugu Land) and RS.No.206 (Thirumalempalem High School Land) of Thimmapuram Village. Some of the residents encroached upon the land, and therefore, the petitioner made a representation to conduct a survey, requesting the authorities to fix the boundaries. The Gram Panchayat passed a resolution dated 20.06.2025 (Ex.P3). However, the survey was not conducted.
