Order 28/01/2026
1. The petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.459/2025 registered at Police
[2026:RJ-JP:3759] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-717/2026] Station-Sadar Dausa, District-Dausa for the offences under Sections 140(3), 127(2) and 311 of BNS, 2023.
2. Since both the bail applications have arisen from common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this single order.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these case. He further submits that a compromise has been arrived at between both the parties, which is evident from the order passed by the trial Court. Though one case is pending against the present petitioner, Kuldeep but in that case he has been bailed out. Petitioners- Kuldeep, Veerendra @ Sonu and Rajendra are behind the bars since 14.12.2025 and Ajay is behind the bars since 15.12.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, hence, the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.
5.
Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and that he has no objection to the grant of the benefit of bail to the present petitioners.
6. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications.
[2026:RJ-JP:3759] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-717/2026]
7. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
8. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners-Kuldeep S/o Shri Bacchusingh, Veerendra @ Sonu S/o Shri Mukesh, Rajendra S/o Bhagchand and Ajay S/o Ramniwas shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each of them to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
