The petition is for the following reliefs: “(a) Kindly setting aside/quashing the order dated 13.07.2026 passed by Ms. Vandana Session Judge ( orth) Rohini Court Delhi in Crl. Appeal No. 157/2026 titled as "Vikash Tyagi Vs Tej Bhan ", wherein the application of petitioner seeking suspension of sentence without depositing 20 % of compensation amount was partly allowed and the petitioner was directed to deposit I 0% compensation amount. (b) Further the Hon'ble may be pleased to kindly Suspend the sentence of petitioner without imposing condition of depositing the 10% compensation This is a digitally signed order.
