The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Devipur P.S. Case 186 of 2024, registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is made that petitioner has manipulated the C.T. Scan report of his wife. He next submits that petitioner is a labourer and he has not manipulated CT Scan report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of manipulating C.T. Scan report. 5. Considering that allegations are there of manipulating the C.T. Scan report of the wife of this petitioner and it has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge that informant has not handed over the alleged forged CT scan report to the I.O. till the date of passing of the impugned order. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:16234 ) inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.
