The Insurance Company has challenged the quantum of compensation awarded to the respondents/claimants in connection with MAC Case No. 80/2023 vide Judgment and Award dated 21.07.2026 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Goalpara. It is submitted that there is every possibility that the appeal will succeed. 3. Considering the submissions at the bar, the operation of the Judgment and Award dated 21.07.2026 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Goalpara in connection with MAC Case No. 80/2023, is stayed until further orders, subject to the condition that the applicant deposits 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within six weeks from today. 4.
