In this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief:- “The petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/writ(s) order/order(s) or directions in the nature of certiorari for passing the order on the respondents to treat each and every PDS dealers equally and make allotment equally according to their number of consumers and considering the distances covered by the consumers and stopping the black marketing of the goods on the plea of the non-supply of grains for benefit of the consumers and also pass an order that the weightage of the sacks of the grains which are usually short in weight.” 3. It is grievance of the petitioner that the District Supply Officer has not allocated the foodgrains properly to PDS dealer. The petitioner alleges Black Marketing. 4. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, at the very first instance, the grievance of the petitioner must be look into by the District Administration. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner with all his grievances who will look into the same and take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if the grievance of the petitioner is genuine. 5.
