Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
