Ms. Mansi Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Shobhit Joshi, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank. 3. According to the petitioners, respondent – Bank is not enforcing the award given by Central Government Industrial Tribunal. By means of this writ petition, they have sought the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to forthwith implement the Award dated 16.01.2012 passed by the learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-I, New Delhi in I.D. No. 287/2011, and to regularize the services of the Petitioner from the date she became eligible under the Tripartite Settlement dated 24.03.2008, with all consequential service benefits flowing therefrom, in terms of the said Award. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to grant the Petitioner No. 1 and Petitioner No. 2 all consequential service benefits arising from such regularization, including fixation of pay in the appropriate scale, continuity of service, seniority to the extent permissible in law, and arrears of salary, as may be admissible in terms of the Award dated 16.01.2012 and the Tripartite Settlement dated 24.03.2008. 4. Mr. Sobhit Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that if petitioners make representation to the Competent Authority, he shall take decision in the matter, as per law, within 2026:UHC:1100 the stipulated time frame. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make representation to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today. If they make representation within the stipulated time, the Competent Authority shall take decision, by passing a reasoned order, within three months thereafter.
