The petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondents on 26.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation dated 26.02.2026 stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.
