Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon perusal of the materials on record, including the affidavit-in-compliance filed by the alleged contemnors and the exceptions filed on behalf of the petitioners thereto, I am of the view that the order, the violation of which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with. 2. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to proceed with this contempt petition any further. 3. In view of this, the contempt petition is disposed of. 4. Contempt rule issued against the alleged contemnors is discharged. 5.
