Advocate for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, & 6, and Mr. C. Lalfakzuala, learned counsel for respondent No. 4. The learned counsel for respondent No. 4 has placed on record a decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Radhey Shyam & Anr. Vs Chhabi Nath & Ors. (Civil Appeal No. 2548/2009), wherein the Hon’ble Apex Court held that a challenge to a judicial order, even when a question of fundamental rights is involved can be made only by way of an appeal or revision under Article 227, and not by way of a petition under Articles 226 and 227 (or Article 32) of the Constitution of India. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition to enable her to approach the appropriate forum. The case stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that the legal rights of the petitioner to pursue an appropriate legal remedy remain open. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
