This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail by the accused-applicants in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 146/2026, under Sections 61(2)/ 118(2)/308(7)/103(1)/30(3)/5 of BNS, 2023. This Court, vide order dated 17.09.2026, was pleased to grant interim pre- arrest bail to the accused-applicant with direction to the accused-applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer. The TCR in the instant case has been received and the same has been perused. Taking into account that charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant case, and the accused-applicant is ready to cooperate with the trial, the interim pre- arrest bail order dated 17.09.2026 is hereby made absolute.
