Though, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the death was accidental and not on account of any intention on the part of the petitioner and that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2026, but regard being had to the specific nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to granted bail to the petitioner.
