The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 472 of 2025 arising out of Gawan P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020. 3. The married niece of the informant was taken away by the petitioner to his house and murdered, after which the dead body was cremated. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 13109 of 2021. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of a suspicion that he was having a love affair with the deceased which has been disclosed to the Investigating Officer by his informers. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Giridih in connection with S.T.
