This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Criminal Case No. 1205 of 2025 (Old case no. 5530 of 2023) (State Vs. Binny & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 10 of 2023, under Sections- 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Nandgram, District- Ghaziabad, pending before the Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No. 06/ A.C.J.M., Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial of the case is pending since the year 2023 and considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
