Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 17 of 2026. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and mobiles and SIMs were recovered from their possession. They were suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
