The petitioner is an accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 299 of 2025. The motorcycle of the informant was stolen by thieves. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of a co- accused. It further appears that recovery of the motorcycle was made from Angad Kumar, who has been granted bail in B.A. No.811 of 2026. So far as the petitioner is concerned at his instance several stolen motorcycles were recovered. Although, the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents as well, but regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner which is since 20.11.2025 the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions judge-I, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
