Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Simaria P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026. The daughter of the informant was murdered by her husband and in-laws. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Ashok Mahto, consequent to which the petitioner has also confessed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement, there is no other material which would indicate that the petitioner was involved in committing the murder of the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Simaria P.S.
