The present Petition, filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 [“DRC Act”], seeks to assail the Order dated 09.10.2025 [“Impugned Order”] passed by the Court of the Learned ACJ/CCJ/ARC, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi [“Learned ARC”] in the Eviction Petition, being RC/ARC No. 19/2023. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that the matter may be referred to the learned ARC for a de-novo adjudication thereupon, on the pleadings that already existed before the learned ARC on record. 3.
