Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025. 3. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobiles and Sims were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 21.08.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum- Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to be physically present before the learned trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial. 7.
