Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Case No. 773 of 2024 (Smt. Jyotsana Tyagi vs. Saurabh Tyagi and ors.), under Sections- 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005(D.V. Act), pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), F.T.C., Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present case, accused persons were summoned on 26.3.2025 and till date, opposite parties did not file written statement in the matter and almost one and half years have already passed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case, keeping in view the mandate and law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to the parties, if there is no other legal impediment. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant application is finally disposed of.
