Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.12.2025, but regard being had to the commercial quantity of Ganja recovered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is, hereby, rejected at this stage.
