Heard Mr. Avnish Prakhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2026. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the police with a trolley bag from which, 120 bottles of Wincerex Cough Syrup was recovered. 4. It appears that 12 KG of Codeine Phosphate was found which is a commercial quantity. 5. Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 24.03.2026 but regard being had to the recovery of commercial quantity of codeine phosphate, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
