Heard Mr. Ashish Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No.09 of 2026. 3. One person who was suspected to be a child lifter was brutally assaulted by a mob leading to his death. 4. The allegation against the petitioner appears to be general and omnibus in nature. On consideration of the said fact, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 4508 of 2026 and B.A. No.4653 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chatra in connection with Piparwar P.S.
