Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Azadngar P.S. Case No.17 of 2026, pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Jamshedpur in Special POCSO No.16 of 2026. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant. The 183 BNSS statement made by the victim reveals that the petitioner has sexually assaulted her. The victim is aged 16 years. 4. Although it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim and he is in custody since 05.03.2026, but regard being had to the 183 BNSS statement of the victim and the age of the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage.
