When this case was taken up for consideration, Mr.Kul Bhushan Khajuria, learned Counsel, appearing for the respondent-Bank informs the Court that the petitioners stand promoted in the interregnum. In light of the prayers made in the writ petition, as the grievance raised therein stands redressed, this petition is disposed of, but with liberty that if post promotion there is any fresh cause is accrued in favour of the petitioners, they may approach the Court afresh.
