The petitioner is an accused in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025. 3. A dacoity was committed in HDFC Bank, Rajbari campus, Madhupur and cash of Rs. 1,64,25,250/-, 200 grams gold packets and cash of Rs. 3,05,000/- from the customers were looted by the miscreants. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused, consequent to which, the petitioner had also confessed. It has been submitted that neither any T.I.P. has been held nor there has been any recovery of any incriminating articles from the possession of the petitioner. 5. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2025. 6. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State, though has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but has submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. 7. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur, Deoghar in connection with Madhupur P.S.
