The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023. 3. It has been alleged that one extremist was apprehended by the Police and incriminating articles were recovered from his possession. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated on the confession of the co-accused. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have a solitary antecedent relating to the similar nature of offence. It has further been submitted that no other material has been collected which would indicate that the petitioners were involved in alleged extortion of levy. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioners, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 8. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
