Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the augments and perused the papers with care. Counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submits that as against the cancellation of the sanction plan, the petitioner has preferred Writ Petition in No.8276/2025 and this Court granted an interim order. Hence, they submits that a suitable order may be passed. Submission is noted. The interim order passed by this court in Writ Petition No.8276/2025 is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure F. A perusal of the same reads as under: "Sri.Pawan Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Respondent - Authority not to take any precipitative action. Petitioner is restrained from putting up additional construction apart from what has already been constructed as indicated in photographs at Annexures-G and G1. Taking note of the pendency of the Writ Petition and also the interim order, this Court deems it proper to direct the BESCOM authorities to restore the electricity power connection forthwith, subject to petitioner paying regular consumption charges and arrears, if any. It is needless to observe that the power connection is subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition No.8276/2025. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
