Heard Mr. Aman Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No.188 of 2026 corresponding to Pathargama P.S. Case No.14 of 2026. 3. The daughter of the informant died at her matrimonial home under unnatural circumstances. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and as per the post-mortem report the cause of death has been opined to be asphyxia due to hanging. Learned counsel further submits that no external or internal injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda in connection with S.T.
