The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 52 of 2026. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and mobiles and SIMs were recovered from his possession and he was suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
